Estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is based on measured square footage and the actual coating and substrate found on site; we will confirm any change before proceeding.

Scheduling is weather- and access-dependent. The customer is responsible for providing site access, parking for our rig and clearing the work area. We mask and contain adjacent areas but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or substrate conditions revealed by removing a coating.

Polished and sealed concrete floors carry a 1–2 year workmanship warranty against delamination of the sealer or polishing defects; it does not cover damage from impact, chemicals, moisture vapor or slab movement.

Payment is due on completion unless net-30 terms have been agreed in writing. This website and its content are provided as-is; information may change without notice.
