All Bay Area Dustless Blasting & Concrete Polish is a surface preparation contractor based at 800 Avenue H on Treasure Island, San Francisco. We strip paint, rust and coatings from concrete, wood, brick and metal, and grind and polish concrete floors.
Most of our work is for general contractors and builders, along with property management companies, industrial facilities and homeowners. Our crews run self-contained rigs across the Bay Area — from San Jose to Napa — carrying our own compressed air, water and power, so on most jobs all we need from you is parking.
We carry general liability, workers' compensation, commercial auto and bonding.

When We Tell You Not to Blast
We'd rather lose a job than take money for work that won't come out right.
Brick under silicone-based paint. There's no way to take that coating off without destroying the brick face. We don't attempt it, and we don't sell it as a maybe — we tell you the honest answer and point you toward a different approach.
Wood. If the only media aggressive enough to lift the coating will also chew the grain, the answer isn't to push the pressure up — it's to say so.
Concrete floors. If grind & seal will get you where you need to be, we won't sell you a full polish.
Most of our work comes from contractors and property managers who come back. That only happens if the advice is straight.
