Concrete
Concrete Polishing in San Francisco & the Bay Area
Diamond-ground, densified and polished concrete floors from matte to high gloss.
Polished concrete is a mechanical process: we grind the slab with progressively finer diamond tooling, apply a lithium densifier to harden the surface, then polish to the sheen you want — 400 grit satin, 800 grit semi-gloss or 1500–3000 grit high gloss.
The result is a floor that doesn't peel, doesn't need waxing and costs less to maintain than tile, epoxy or sealed concrete over its lifetime. Dyes and stains are available if you want color.
If your floor only needs to look clean and resist stains, we'll recommend grind & seal instead — it's cheaper and we'd rather not sell you a full polish you don't need.

Questions about concrete polishing
How long does polishing take?
Most residential and small commercial floors take 1–2 days. Large warehouse floors are scheduled by the day at our crew-day rate.

What warranty do you offer?
1–2 years on polished and sealed concrete floors, depending on the system.
