Rust & Metal Blasting in San Francisco & the Bay Area
Blast steel to a clean, coatable profile — trailers, tanks, beams, equipment and more.
Wet abrasive blasting removes rust, scale and failed coatings and leaves an anchor profile that paint and powder coat grip. We finish every steel job with a rust inhibitor in the rinse water so the surface stays clean long enough to coat.
Typical jobs: flatbed and utility trailers, shipping containers, structural I-beams, gates and railings, water tanks, dumpsters, farm equipment and industrial machinery.
Aluminum and thin sheet metal are blasted at reduced pressure with a finer media so the panel doesn't warp.

- Structural steel
- Tanks, dumpsters, equipment
How the job goes
- Degrease heavy oil if present

Questions about rust & metal blasting
Can you blast at my yard?
Yes. Our rigs are mobile and self-contained; we come to your site anywhere in the Bay Area.
Will blasting warp sheet metal?
Wet blasting runs cooler than dry blasting, and we lower pressure and switch to finer media on thin panels. Warping is rare.
